Wedding Policy:

Wedding Deposit & Payment Schedule:  The Briary will secure your wedding date with a minimum $200 non-refundable deposit with your signed contract.  

Payment: Three weeks to the wedding, We require that  your wedding flowers are paid in full.  You are responsible for any returned checks and costs that has accrued.   A returned check fee is $75.00, that will be added to your total cost of your wedding flowers.  

Changes:  Three months before your wedding, your final payment amount will be adjusted to reflect theses changes.  If you are removing items from your original order it depends on the items if you will receive a refund or not.  Any specialty items specifically for your wedding that have already been purchased by The Briary will not be refundable.

Any changes three weeks or less before your wedding:  There will be no refunds. 

The Briary reserves the right to determine which requests are reasonable on a case-by-case basis.

Canceling:

If you cancel this contract for any reason, you forfeit the non-refundable $200 deposit.

You must cancel three months prior to your wedding.   If you should cancel or reschedule 3 weeks before your wedding date listed on your contract, all payments are non-refundable.

In an event of postponement of your wedding:  all the money that has been paid to date will be held for two months, pending reschedule.  If rescheduling does not occur within two months of the original wedding date, all money that has been paid will be forfeited.
